• Email address and name (on registration)
• Photos you upload for rating
• Ratings you give to other photos
• Device information (operating system, app version)

3. Purpose of processing

Your data is used exclusively to provide the app's functionality: enabling photo ratings, managing credits, and maintaining your user account.

4. Storage & third parties

Your data is stored at Supabase (EU servers). Supabase is contractually bound as a data processor under Art. 28 GDPR. No data is shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Retention period

Data is stored as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app settings — all data will be permanently removed.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correction, deletion and data portability (Art. 15–20 GDPR). Send requests by email to business@martinkleinheinz.de.

7. Right to complaint

You can file a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority at any time.
